Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix is easily made by hand. The bread can also be made dairy free. This mix is especially designed for those sensitive to gluten but enjoyed by everyone. This moist, flavorful bread is ideal for sandwiches, toast, breadcrumbs, croutons, and other dishes that start with a basic loaf of bread. Contains whole grain sorghum flour, potato starch, cornstarch, pea protein powder, tapioca flour, sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, guar gum and a yeast packet. One package yields one 1 1/2-lb loaf.
